I’m Vinnie Merz, a certified life coach who helps business owners and managers take control of their anxiety and stop procrastinating. My journey into coaching began during a challenging period when my significant other and I faced a struggling real estate business and dwindling finances. A friend recommended hiring a life coach, and though I was skeptical, we invested our last savings in working with Alice, whose guidance transformed our lives. Inspired by that experience and my own work to manage my severe anxiety, I became a life coach to help others achieve similar breakthroughs.
I’ve spent years managing teams in law, real estate, and state government, leading a legal department, multiple real estate teams, and a state government team. I know the weight of responsibility that comes with managing people, making tough decisions, and keeping things running smoothly.
But I’ve also been on the other side—as a business owner.
I built and ran a real estate partnership with Jacquelyn, navigating the ups and downs of entrepreneurship firsthand. Now, I run my own life coaching business, helping professionals take control of their anxiety and thrive in their careers.
I know what it feels like to wake up at 3 AM worrying about clients, deals, deadlines, and the future of the business. I understand the pressure of feeling like everything rests on your shoulders.
